Account Management
  How do I create a new account?
Creating an Membership Account with us, enables us to personalize all your transactions on eswayamvaram shopping. You need to register with us before shopping. Once you confirm the order during your first purchase, you will be prompted to give your shipping address with your name, telephone number, email address etc.
  How do I change my personal details?
You can change your personal information like email ID, residence address and residence phone number. as per your convenience. To make the changes first Sign in and then click on the 'Edit Profile' link on the link provided in the blue bar . Once the changes have been done, click on the 'Do it' button.
  How do I change my existing password?
You can change your exisiting password. To change your existing password you don't need to Sign in.You can just click on the 'Change Password' link in the blue bar . Once the changes have been done, click on the 'Save' button.
  How can I track an order?
To track the status of your pending orders, log into your account and then click on 'Order Status'. Click on the Invoice No. to view complete details for that Invoice No. You can also review all your past purchases here.

  How to shop @ eswayamvaram.com?

Step 1:
If you are a first time shopper, you will have to register yourself by clicking on the 'Register' link on the top blue bar. If you are a frequent shopper, you will have to 'Sign in' by entering your login name and password. After selecting the item of your choice, click on 'Add to Cart' link provided next to the item details. The item gets added to your shopping cart which is located at the top right hand corner of your webpage. Keep adding the items as per your choice which gets displayed in your shopping cart. You can also save the products/items for later use by clicking the 'Add to WishList' link next to the Add to Cart linkOne of the most interesting feature is that you can view each and every items which you have added then and there.

Step 2:
After adding all the items you wish to purchase, click on the link 'View Shopping Cart' on the top right hand corner of the web page. This link is provided in every page so that you can view your Shopping cart at any time. This will show the details of the items you have chosen to purchase. You can make changes in your order as per your wish. You can view your shopping cart by clicking the too!!.

Step 3:
After adding all the items you wish to purchase, if you wish to change the product/item quantity, make appropriate changes in the 'Quantity' textbox and click the 'Recalculate Order' button to update these changes. If you wish to shop more products/items click on the 'Continue Shopping' button to shop more products/items. When you have finished doing all the necessary changes press the 'Proceed to Checkout' button.

Step 4:
After you press the 'Proceed to Checkout' button the next step is to fill your Shipping and Billing details. After filling out the details select Payment method and the mode of Delivery and click the 'Submit Order' button to confirm the purchase. That's it!!

Important : Please note down the Order No/Invoice No as a reference for any further communication with us.

  What is a shopping cart?

The shopping cart is a virtual shopping wallet/bag that displays the number of items you have chosen to purchase along with the item code, item description and the total purchase amount.You can make changes to the item quantities you have ordered by keying in the new quantity and pressing the 'Recalculate Order' button.
  How do I update my order

(i) Add/Deduct the quantity - To add or deduct the quantity of a particular item, click in the box where the 'Quantity' is mentioned, change the quantity and click on the 'Recalculate Order' button to save the changes.

(ii) Delete a product/item - To delete an item from the shopping cart, enter 0 (zero) in the Quantity box and then click on the 'Recalculate Order' button to save the changes.

  How do I cancel my order
Please note that cancellations have to be made within 48 hours after placing an order. For cancelling your order, you will have to get in touch with our customer support executive by sending an email to support@eswayamvaram.com and giving the reference of your Order No/Invoice No. Incase you cancel the order of perishable products, the cost of the product will have to be borne by you.

  How do I return an item?

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition.

However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or there might be a manufacturing defect. If you request the goods to be insured we can do it for you at your expense.

There might also be a remote possibility that a wrong item is delivered to you. In such cases, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated timeframe.

To get a replacement or return an item if covered under warranty, follow the steps below:

  • Send us an email explaining the reasons for the replacement.
  • Our team will arrange for the replacement or the return of the item through our enabling partners and justify the claim on approval of the claim we will intimate you to delivery through our Courier or Transport Company.
  • Hand-over the item for replacement to the courier pick-up personnel (who is different from the delivery personnel).

  In what currency will I be charged for the purchases I make?

Prices on eswayamvaram shopping are inclusive of standard Packing Charges. Shipping charges will be extra on actuals according to the nature of request of delivery, where applicable. If you place your order from outside India for delivery in India, you will be charged the USD equivalent of the INR price, at the exchange rate when the order is placed.

  What are the different payment options available?
eswayamvaram shopping offers you the widest range of payment options: No Credit Cards.
The different payment options available at eswayamvaram shopping are : Demand Draft (DD), Western Union Money Transfer, Cash on Delivery (COD) and Value Payable by Post (VPP).

  How do I choose my payment option?

If you are a first-time shopper, you won't be asked to choose any payment option during Registration (creating an account). Once you have confirmed your order, you will have to provide the required details depending on the payment option you have chosen and the mode of delivery and the destination.

  Can I change my payment option for an order I have already placed?
Once you register an order with us, you cannot change the payment option for that particular order. So be wise and select the appropriate payment mode before you finalise your order. More details on how to select you payment method/mode is given in the billing details page.
 
Delivery
  Do you deliver worldwide?
All items in our shop are delivered worldwide depending on your location and accessibility of couriers, postal authority or by sea, air or rail/road transport.
  How is my order delivered to me?

There are 4 (four) delivery modes available. They are Postal Services, Transport (Train/Truck), Courier Services or Air Freight respectively. Our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. Incase the delivery is not executed during these three attempts, due to a wrong address or the recipient being unavailable / premises being locked, the customer shall still be charged for any additional visits by the delivery personnel according to their company rules and regulations. In case of perishable items, the delivery will be attempted only once due to the nature of the item. Please note that the delivery of the items will not be attempted on Sundays or on any public holidays due to unavailability of courier service. Or in case of war affected areas or disaster prone areas or where there is civil unrest or political or financial turmoil or trouble.
  What is the lead-time for delivery?

Orders from eswayamvaram shopping are delivered quickly anywhere in the world, by courier through our logistics partners. Subject to the availability of stock, our minimum lead-time for delivery of any product is as follows:
Within India:
Different products may have different delivery lead-times depending upon the vendors or the place of shipment. This is mentioned on their respective product/item details webpages. Also, the delivery is not attempted on Sundays and public holidays, since there is no courier service available on these days.

In case there is no courier service to the address mentioned in the order, the order will be cancelled and the same will be intimated to you by email

In case you choose a 'Demand Draft' payment option, your order will be processed only after we have received your Demand Draft. In case you choose a 'Cash-On-Delivery' payment option, products will be delivered only in India to selected cities; there is NO International delivery for this payment option.

Search
  General search

You can search for a particular product or a brand using our Keyword Search facility. For you convenience we have categorised the products into seperate pages.Either you can go into each category page or you can use the search text box for easy,quick and efficient product search.To search for any product or brand of your choice,
  • Enter the keyword in the search box. The keyword can either be a product (e.g. ring, necklace, handicraft, pendant, etc.) or it can be jewellery, dress, flowers etc. Note that this keyword search is NOT case sensitive.

  • Category Search - Select a category and press the 'Go' button to generate the search results by category. This search returns more results as this search engine matches the products precisely and accurately by product category.

Both these search engines will display search results with the item code along with the itemname, product description, unit price and a small thumbnail image so that you get the precise picture of what you ordered using our shopping cart.

 Return policy
  • In case of perishable items, the request for replacement shall be not be accepted. Claims can be submitted within 2 days of receipt of the items. Which will be taken up with the suppliers for replacement if approved and accepted as the suppliers fault or manufacturing defect.
  • In case of all other items, the request for return / exchange shall be submitted within 3 days of receipt of the items.
  • There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items.
  • Incase of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. Incase the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available/premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.
  • Incase of replacement of perishable items, the delivery of items will be attempted only once. Being perishable in nature, neither eswayamvaram.com nor our enabling partner will be able to accept any returns of such items.

Individual Payment Options
  Cash-on-Delivery

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is a mode of payment and this service is provided through Courier Services within the specified 800 cities of INDIA. You can choose the COD mode of payment and pay for your order only when you actually receive it. The COD charges are calculated based on the weight of the item. Please note, the COD facility is open currently for self-purchase within INDIA only where our logistics partner has got its service.

1. Once you have selected all the items you intend to buy, select 'Cash on Delivery' as your payment option
2. Click on the 'Submit Order' button to register the order.
3. Pay cash to the delivery personnel of our logistics partner which will also include the delivery charges freight or other expenses, taxes, duties which may be levied depending on the nature of order confirmation.

  Demand Draft
You can select "Demand Draft" as payment method and get an order registered with us. Order will be processed after the receipt of the Demand Draft. Your order will be canceled if we do not receive your payment in 10 business days.

1. Once you have selected all the items you intend to buy, select 'Demand Draft' as your payment option
2. Click on the 'Submit Order' button to register the order.
3. Mail the DD payable to this address

Goods will be send by registered post parcel and the delivery of these goods are subject to payment in cash including any service charges payable to the postal authorities.
